Wait List shows only those who have:

1. Completed an Online Application including payment of $30 application fee (can be paid online or mailed).

2. Returned a completed Heritage Affirmation Form and have qualified for membership.

It may take 4-6 weeks after submitting Heritage Affirmation Form for your name to appear on the waitlist.
